Once again we were blessed with fine weather [23 degrees] for our Outdoor Visit on 23rd June 2014.

We assembled at the Chapel car park in the Royal Victoria Country Park and headed up the Causeway to the cemetery managed by HCC on behalf of the CWGC. John Avery gave a brief resume on the design and development of the grave markers and the Cross of Sacrifice.
The group then headed off in a motor convoy for our customary summer lunch at the Netley Grange in Grange Road where a pleasant exchange of catch up news took place.
